Whatever it may be, AirPods are getting their moment in the spotlight with luxury fashion houses designing special lil mini cases that fit them even more conveniently around your neck. They're there to keep the pods safe and you'll have them ready to go at a moment’s notice, aka, whenever you have that one song stuck in your head and you need to listen to it ASAP.
These AirPod cases are the next evolution in the mini bag trend. Replace your usual crossbody bags with ones so itsy bitsy that you can wear them as a necklace. We're downsizing and shedding all of the nonessentials (loyalty punch cards and random biz cards) and forcing ourselves to keep only what we really need. It's a strategy we're borrowing from Marie Kondo to help us stay minimal.
