On April 22, 2025, Miley Cyrus stepped out to greet fans in New York City wearing an outfit that, quite honestly, gives us déjà vu of another look by the star from 2023. Back then, Cyrus made a case for only using the top button of our shirts, rocking a classic white Oxford shirt while skipping the buttons almost entirely and foregoing the bra.
This time around, she opted for a striped white and many blue shirt, and instead of the top button, she chose to use only one in the middle, giving just a subtle peek at a black lace bra underneath.
Cyrus's casual yet elegant take on the smart oversized shirt is not only simple but also perfect for the spring-summer season, providing plenty of breeze as the temperatures begin to rise. She also added a rockstar summery edge to her look with a pair of black rectangular sunglasses, which perfectly framed her microbangs.
To elevate her look, the star complemented the shirt with a pair of black bootcut crepe pants and matching Chelsea boots with a pointy toe box that peeked through the pants' hem as she walked around, upping the chic levels.
