Miley Cyrus missed out on the VMAs at New York City's Madison Square Garden this year, but no one will ever forget what she did in the past for the awards show. Prior to her wild year of hosting in 2015, Miley brought a friend named Jessie Helt as her date to help raise awareness for the serious issue of youth homelessness.
He accepted Miley's award on her behalf for her hit single "Wrecking Ball," which won "Video of the Year." "I am accepting this award for the 1.6 million runaways and homeless youth in the United States who are starving, lost, and scared for their lives right now," he told the audience. "I know this because I'm one of those people."

Jessie is no longer homeless, but TMZ reports he is now selling the Moonman he received that night on eBay for extra money, as he's expecting a baby. He also posted photos of the trophy on his Facebook, with a note saying:
Jessie has yet to receive any bids on eBay, but there are still eight days remaining.
