The family is growing! A little over a year after they tied the knot, Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have welcomed their first child through adoption.
Announced on August 21, 2025, via a joint statement posted to both of their Instagram accounts, Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi announced they are taking their relationship to the next level and are now officially parents.
“This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” the couple wrote in their statement. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy,” the statement continued. And in line with the sentiment of privacy, the couple did not announce the name of their child, nor their date of birth, simply, “And then there were 3.” Congratulations to the new family!

March 12, 2025: Brown reveals she had Bongiovi meet her family for the first time on a 16-hour RV family road trip
Brown sat down with Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast and opened up about everything from shaving her head to her wedding and the first time Bongiovi met her family during a very casual 16-hour RV family road trip.
Brown said that her family prefers driving over flying any day so they are big fans of road trips and, well, Bongiovi had to be up for that if he wanted to be with her. “It [was] kind of like his initiation,” Brown said, "if he can't pass that, then you know what I mean? Like, if you can't sit in a car and sing songs with my family, that's gonna be a huge issue.”
Lo and behold, Brown invited Bongiovi on a family road trip, which marked his first time on an RV. “We got in and he just fit right in. My family were kind of scared. They were like, ‘We are gonna traumatize him for basically 16 hours.’ But he loved it. He got out at the gas station, brought us all snacks, we all sang songs.”
Though that was his first family road trip, Bongiovi actually first met Brown's father when the daughter-father duo picked him up from the airport. “We picked him up from the airport and my dad stopped at the airport side pickup. And as Jake's getting in, my dad started driving as he's getting in the car. And I was like, ‘Dad stop. Dad stop.’ And he like hopped in and Jake like swung his hair back and was like, ‘Hey, Mr. Brown.’ And was so suave, it was unbelievable how he killed it. And I looked at him. I was like, 'Dad, you didn't stop the bloody car.' And yeah, no, Jake killed it. And I remember thinking, 'Oh, if he's gotten through that, like, that's the hard part.'”
