On the Season 6 finale of The Vampire Diaries, Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) left us seemingly for good. We knew that Nina was leaving the show, but it was tough to watch her final episode without shedding a fewOK, a bucket fullof tears.
Spoiler alert: Elena isn’t dead, but she was put into a coma that can’t be reversed unless her BFF Bonnie dies. We won’t be seeing her for the rest of the series unless it’s in flashbacks because if Bonnie tries to find a cure, they’ll both be killed. What a twist, TVD!
