Perrie Edwards knows a thing or two about a bad breakup, but she and her Little Mix besties have repeatedly emphasized the importance of looking on the bright side of a bad situation.
Though she confessed that being dumped by Zayn Malik via text message was "horrible" and "the worst time" in her life, Perrie has come so far since then and now she's even rumored to have a new romance in her life: Arsenal soccer player Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The two may have recently commented on what may be their budding relationship in what people consider to be one of the most obvious ways possible. Perrie started following Alex on Instagram and he reciprocated by following her one minute after.

It's safe to say that if an unfollow is the ultimate sign of a breakup, then the opposite must mean — appropriately enough — the opposite. Perrie reportedly gifted her family a ton of merch from Alex's team for the holidays, but that could also be because her family are such huge fans.
At this point, nothing has yet to confirmed or denied, but it'll be interesting to see where this follow on the 'gram takes them.
