Pete Davidson hasn’t given up the skater look. The tattooed comedian went full Jarhead and shaved his entire head, debuting the look at a Knicks game with fellow funnymen Jon Stewart and Hasan Minhaj, whose hair – both head and facial – remains the same as ever.
Earlier that day Pete attended a special screening of M. Night Shyamalan’s Knock at the Cabin, where he opted for a casual tracksuit and covered his dome with a “New York or Nowhere” baseball cap. Glad to see he isn’t messing with his eyebrows, as so many have been recently.
At the game, Pete traded his hat for sunglasses and seemed to keep his buddies entertained! Personally, I like the way his comfy ’fit relaxes his punky new do.
Pete Davidson is no stranger to changing up his look. While many comedians cultivate an instantly recognizable persona as part of their brand, he is famous enough that he can add and remove tattoos and dye his hair, and it only gives him more street cred. He’s been bleach blonde and natural brunette, had a brief blue hair phase after things ended with Ariana Grande, and even tried green for a spell. But this is the first time we’ve seen him bald, proving that the man contains even more multitudes.
Hopefully, this dramatic style works for his current gal pal, his Bodies Bodies Bodies costar Chase Sui Wonders. They’ve been spotted in New York, Los Angeles, and Hawaii, though all reports suggest it’s less of a serious relationship and more of two friends having some romantic-ish fun, which we totally support.
If you’re wondering whether it’s for a role, a brief perusal of Pete’s IMDb didn’t turn up any projects that would require him to go bald, but who knows? The comments on this Pete Davidson fan page suggest that the look is not being well-received by his fans, but then again, if you’re commenting on a Pete Davidson fan page…
