Riverdale star Lili Reinhart hasn't been shy about sharing her skin-care struggles with fans. In a past interview with Teen Vogue, she touched on the impact that cystic acne has had on her self-confidence but admitted she wouldn't let "a pimple on my face decide what I do and where I go." And as her latest Instagram Story goes to show, the actor isn't letting acne stand in the way of taking a great selfie, either.
Lili took to her 'gram on Friday night (April 6) to have a little fun with her skin-cleansing routine. In the post, the Riverdale actor posed for a selfie with a smile, her face dotted in what looked to be blemish cream. She captioned the picture with: "Tinder profile: Hi I'm Lili. I'm 21, a Virgo, Cali-Girl 😝 And I have cystic acne. Hmu."
Although Lili might be joking about the contents of her Tinder profile, the image does provide a serious reminder to followers that even celebrities don't always have flawless skin and we shouldn't shame them for that. It's encouraging to see Lili embrace and have fun with such a common skin condition, and luckily, other stars, including Lucy Hale and SZA, have previously opened up about their struggles with acne, too.
