Just when you thought things on Riverdale couldn't get any wilder, last night's episode happened. (Warning: Spoilers ahead).
The title of the episode was "Anything Goes," and boy did that prove to be true. Between the Archie's prison fight club, Jughead's potentially poison-laced Gryfons & Gargoyles initiation, and all of the Farm madness (which may or may not be connected to G+G??), things were pretty bleak in Riverdale on Wednesday.
But the shining light in an otherwise pretty dark hour-long spot? The opening of Veronica's speakeasy, Le Bon Nuit. The entire gang shows up to support their friend's latest endeavor, and they brought their wardrobe A-game. From Ronnie's sequin dress to Josie's sparkly two-piece, there were a whole lot of wardrobe choices worth lusting after at the big event.
One in particular sartorial choice that caught our eye, though? Jughead's decision to go all-black with his suit, shirt and tie combination. Could this have been an indication of some of his darker ventures earlier in the episode in Dilton's bunker (AKA he and Betty's new favorite make out spot)? Or an indication of a more sinister plot twist to come? Can we even handle a more sinister plot twist?! All we know is that moment when Betty joked that he still had Fresh-Aid on his lips was nothing short of chill-inducing.
