There's nothing like fictional in-laws, right? Sam Nivola and girlfriend Iris Apatow reunited with the actor's The White Lotus family over the weekend for a special St. Patrick's Day celebration.
Nivola, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Jason Isaacs (who is most known for playing Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter film franchise) recently hung out together in New York City, as seen in a group selfie Isaacs posted to Instagram on Saturday, March 15.
“The Ratliffs hit NY looking for a quiet bar on Paddy’s Day. Duh,” the Ratliff patriarch's caption read, as the group of castmates (plus Apatow!) stood smiling on the evening streets of NYC.
The actors play the Ratliffs, one big happy dysfunctional family on The White Lotus, which is currently airing its third season on HBO. Though Isaacs, who plays Timothy Ratliff, and his on-screen children (Schwarzenegger, who plays Saxon, Hook, who plays Piper, and Nivola, who plays Lochlan) were all there, there was one other Ratliff missing from the family portrait: Parker Posey, who plays Isaacs' on-screen wife Victoria Ratliff.

Thankfully, Iris Apatow was there to fill the void. Nonetheless, the group was clearly quite happy to see each other again, as Isaacs included the hashtag, “#reunitedanditfeelssogood.”
Hook herself commented on the photo, writing, “Woooooowwwww he finally posts us!!!!!!!!!!” Michelle Monaghan, who plays Jaclyn on the show, also commented “I love you rascals!!! 😍”
Sam Nivola joined the cast for The White Lotus season 3, which has brought on an entirely new slate of characters at a different high-end resort for each season. This season is set in Thailand, and as always, the show begins with a character dying and rewinds to the events that led up to the crime. Jason Isaacs' character Timothy Ratliff is involved in some sort of money laundering scheme that may lead to his family's downfall.
The stacked cast also features LISA of BLACKPINK in her breakout acting role; Nivola, who plays the youngest Ratliff, told Teen Vogue that he became a fan of hers after filming together in Thailand.
“It's funny, I am just not at all clued in with pop music in general but also K-pop. Now that I've listened to it, and I've listened to her music, I f*cking love it,” he said. “I didn't really know who she was, to be honest, until I met her, and then everyone was like, ‘She's the most famous person in the Eastern Hemisphere.’ I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ She's just really cool and sweet, and she took us to this cool bar in Bangkok.”
