With romance rumors at an all-time high, pictures of Pidgeon and Alwyn enjoying a picnic date in London popped up on Deuxmoi and Reddit. In the pictures and videos captured by onlookers, the duo can be seen prancing around the park and enjoying drinks together. We can also see them sharing a kiss and laughing.
Following the buzzy pics, a source reportedly close to the two told US Weekly that they “are casually dating and are really into each other,” but the relationship is “still pretty new” and they are "trying to keep things under the radar.”
The source added: “Both Sarah and Joe are very intellectual, private, and laid-back people, so it feels like a really compatible match. They share similar personalities and enjoy spending time together away from the spotlight.”
The London date was just days after Alwyn was seen solo in Paris attending the Saint Laurent spring-summer 2027 show.
June 13, 2026: Sarah Pidgeon and Joe Alwyn are spotted kissing in New York after multiple sightings around the city
Rumors really kicked off in mid-June after Pidgeon and Alwyn were photographed kissing in NYC. In photos published by People, the two were all smiles after spending the entire day together in the city. Page Six also obtained footage of the two actors sharing a public kiss and acting tenderly toward each other while enjoying drinks together.
Their joint PDA-filled sighting came just as Deuxmoi reported that they had been spotted together around Brooklyn in previous days. The two, allegedly, enjoyed a lengthy dinner in the Fort Greene area.
Right after pictures emerged of Pidgeon and Alwyn together, Pidgeon put on her best host hat for a joint dinner party with Cultured to celebrate her recent cover. The event was held at NYC's Cove on June 15; Alwyn, however, was nowhere to be seen.
May 4, 2026: Sarah Pidgeon and Joe Alwyn both attend the Met Gala and leave back to back
An event where Pidgeon and Alwyn crossed paths before those PDA pictures were released and relationship rumors started was the 2026 Met Gala. Pidgeon arrived wearing a stunning yellow two-piece gown by Loewe, and Alwyn wore a layered Valentino suit. As solo attendees, the two posed for the cameras individually.
After some digging, though, we found a picture that suggests Alwyn and Pidgeon left the Gala around the same time.
