Another day, another dose of street style inspiration from Sasha Obama, and this time around, she's giving a timeless summer staple her stamp of approval.
Over the weekend, Sasha Obama was spotted spending a relaxing afternoon in West Hollywood and, of course, she did so in style. The 23-year-old was photographed on the Californian streets wearing her trademark large square tortoiseshell glasses and a mostly navy 'fit composed of a zip-up cropped sweater over a white cropped tank top and maxi skirt with another vintage belt. (The star has an impressive collection; this one was black with a silver buckle featuring intricate patterns.)
To complement her main navy pieces, Obama carried a light blue Hydro Flask water bottle, a book with a blue cover, and even a gradient mani-pedi going from navy on the nail bed into a light blue like her water bottle's on the outside.
To break up the blue, she added a suede purple bag with silver hardware and, for the ultimate summery touch, a pair of brown Havaianas flip-flops.
Flip-flops are a timeless classic during summer for pool and beach outings, but they have been having a resurgence among celebs, who are pushing them into the streets and off the pools for casual and comfortable looks when the warmer weather rolls around.

Though some celebs opt for the fancy route with designer options, Obama is all about keeping things simple. Her exact pair is the Brazil Logo Flip-Flops from Havaianas, which retail for just $26 — an iconic style by the brand with Brazil's national flag, as the name indicates.
