Shortly after receiving their Golden Globes 2025 nominations for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture, Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande linked up at the Academy Women’s Luncheon presented by Chanel in Los Angeles, California — and while the sweet moment between the two stars is already enough, we couldn’t help but notice the shared glam between the two.
All dressed in the Parisian luxury brand, Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande’s outfits could not feel more different. Gomez wore a very Chanel tweed blazer and skirt set with white detailing. She styled it with a pair of black tights and matching duo-chrome Mary Jane pumps. Save for a few rings, she skipped the accessories. Instead, her sleek, layered bob added an edge to the look. It also highlighted her makeup, which consisted of nude lip gloss and pink blush with neutral eyeshadow.
On the flip side, Grande opted for a white and blue tweed shift dress with buttoned pockets. She also paired it with tights but instead opted for black pointed-toe heels. While Gomez kept it minimal, Grande had quite the fun with the accessories. She carried a quilted Chanel handbag. Despite the bag’s gold hardware, she wore silver jewelry, mixing and matching them. Her hair was styled in a side part and tied in an updo. She fastened it with a black bow. Her bangs were slightly curled and fastened above her face, and she wore white eyeshadow and pink lip gloss.
While their outfits had pretty different vibes, their manicures were pretty in sync. As evidenced in their IG stories, both wore a cool neutral base color for the event.
Gomez opted for a short square shape. Tom Bachik, nail artist for Gomez, shared a snap of the two’s hands and revealed that Gomez is wearing Chanel Le Vernis in the shade “Ballerina.” Grande, on the other hand, went with long almond nails and topped them with French tips.
