SEVENTEEN’s S.Coups just made his Met Gala debut. As the first member of the K-pop group to attend fashion’s biggest night, the rapper pulled out all the stops for his Met Gala 2025 look.
S.Coups attended the event with Boss. He was named brand ambassador of the German luxury fashion house just last month and is already fulfilling a major task by walking the Met Gala red carpet dressed in Boss.
The Met Gala 2025's theme is “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” and the dress code is “Tailored for You." To honor the latter, S.Coups opted for a layered look. He wore a gray asymmetrical blazer resembling the traditional Korean hanbok, specifically a jeogori jacket, with a pair of matching pleated trousers and a black duster. For accessories, he opted to keep it simpler with a watch. To complete the look, he styled his ashy blonde hair parted down the middle and swooped to the sides like an old school romance movie heartthrob.
S.Coups has been building his fashion portfolio. Last year, S.Coups attended Paris Fashion Week for the first time to sit front row at the Loewe show, wearing a casual and cool twist on modern suiting. He also made an appearance at the brand’s Casa Loewe opening in Seoul, South Korea in a grunge look. Alongside group member Wonwoo, he also helped launch Rimowa’s Mint & Papaya collection, donning an all-black look that made the brand’s bag and his rose gold hair pop.
The Met Gala is S.Coups’ latest milestone in fashion. He joins a number of K-pop stars to climb the Met steps. Previous years’ attendees include Stray Kids, Jackson Wang, BLACKPINK’s Jennie, and Rosé.
And, as the night goes on, we can’t help but wonder if he’ll be attending any Met Gala afterparties with another look up his sleeve. Be in the know with our live Met Gala updates here!
