It's only been a month since Shawn Mendes revealed that he was taking a break from social media to work on new music and gear up for his current European tour. From Oslo to his most recent show in Milan earlier this week, the pop star is taking each city by storm.

But if you think Shawn has forgotten about his fans stateside, you're wrong! In an interview with Norwegian radio station NRK MP3 in Oslo last week, Shawn dropped the news that there will be something to look forward to in the fall: "After we finish in Europe, we’re going to head to America to do the big American tour, and then release a new single and the new album in September."
