If you love the Olympics, you may want to grab your phone instead of turning on the TV in August.

Snapchat just announced a deal with NBC to create a special Discover channel on the app for the Olympics in Rio this summer. Buzzfeed will select brief clips for the app, and Snapchat will have live stories available daily. And coverage won't just include the Games itself, either; Snapchat will also stream the U.S. Olympic trials for a variety of sports as well as behind-the-scenes clips of the Games and the athletes who are competing.

What makes this announcement extra special? It marks the first time that NBC is sharing its video content of the games on other platforms. So if you want to see Gabby Douglas and Simone Biles tumble their way to gold, Snapchat's got you covered.

And while the network has never inked this sort of deal before, Gary Zenkel, president of NBC Olympics, told Bloomberg that he's confident in the Snapchat partnership because the app “really effectively reaches a very important demographic in the United States.” Could he be talking about millennials and Gen Z? We think so. We're also ready to start chanting, "U-S-A!"
