Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas's divorce keeps unfolding, and now it's also seemingly seeping over to the J Sisters too. As noted by E! News, it appears that Sophie Turner has recently unfollowed her former sister-in-law Priyanka Chopra, who's famously married to Joe's brother Nick Jonas — and who has reciprocated the gesture.
E! first reported Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra's mutual unfollowing on Friday, October 13, pointing out that the Game of Thrones star still followed multiple members of the Jonas family, including the three oldest brothers, Frankie Jonas, fellow J Sister Danielle, as well as her now former parents-in-law. The outlet also noted the two stars still followed each other when Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas's divorce proceedings started back on September 5, 2023.
Prior to the unfollowing, Turner and Chopra often took chances to shout each other out both on interviews and social media. Of course, the two, alongside Danielle, made multiple public appearances together to support their husbands, but they also appeared close behind the scenes.
Most of the Jonas family, including Chopra, notably flew to England to spend the holidays with Turner's family in 2018, and, per E!, they also served as each other's bridesmaids during their respective weddings in 2018 and 2019.
"It's nice to have built-in girlfriends who are actually really cool, who I can hang out with, and we can really talk to each other about, like, how crazy the boys' lives are," Turner told Elle in a 2020 interview, where she also called Chopra "the nicest person," adding that they could “relate on so many different levels.”
Following the split, Turner has been seen out and about supported by another group of friends, which includes fellow Joe Jonas ex Taylor Swift. In fact, Turner and Swift have been spotted together multiple times in the past few months.
