And we’re ready to live out our pastoral dreams.

In a video posted to her Instagram stories this past weekend, SZA embraced the playful spirit of Cottagecore while in Paris for the European leg of her SOS tour. Doe-eyed and posed in front of the mirror, her look fell somewhere between farmer’s daughter and Parisian cool girl, fit for a weekend in the city just before she performed on Monday, June 5.

The musician donned For Love & Lemons’ Raisa Mini Dress, which features a polka dot and blush-pink botanical pattern, complete with puff sleeves, accents of white lace and a dramatic deep-v neckline. SZA’s jewelery of choice included three dainty gold necklaces layered atop one another as well as several gold rings on her fingers. They’re subtle pieces that brought all the attention to the Brigitte Bardot-esque dress and its flowy silhouette, further exaggerated with a pair of white ruffled bloomers underneath.

She continued to embody all things whimsical and Cottagecore throughout her weekend in the city of lights. Set against Parisian architecture, in another Instagram post, the musician gazed into the camera and sported a draped hot pink dress and flower appliqué by the neck. She styled the garment down with her white ankle sock and mary jane duo, reminiscent of the recent heel-sock trend that celebrities including Sydney Sweeney have caught onto.

Although Cottagecore initially swept across TikTok in 2020, the aesthetic is still going strong as it continues to transform and develop. And it may not go away anytime soon — but the sale on SZA’s Raisa Mini Dress will. As part of the For Love & Lemons Best Friends Collection, the polka dot dress is 22% off with the code BESTFRIENDS through June 11. We’ve already packed our gingham picnic baskets and will be twinning with SZA in this summer statement piece.
