Russell wore a custom white dress by Loewe that had a high neckline flowing down into a cut-out shape. The gown was adorned with white feathers at both the hip line and on the bottom hem.
Russell wore her hair in a sleek, pulled-back bun with her bangs pushed to the side. Her makeup included a smoky cat eye and subtle lip, while her Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings shined. The backless dress didn't need much jewelry, as its silhouette on Russell stole the show.
