The Super Bowl 2025, officially referred to as the Super Bowl LIX, is slated to take place on February 9, 2025, at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Chiefs will face off against the NFC champions, the Philadelphia Eagles. The event will be a rematch from the Super Bowl LVII from 2023, which the Chiefs won 38-35. Aside from the actual game and the halftime show headlined by Kendrick Lamar with SZA as a guest, fans also wonder if Taylor Swift will make the trek to Louisiana to support Kelce, and all signs point to yes.
Swift likes to support Kelce as much as she can by attending his games, and now that her Eras Tour has officially wrapped, there are no conflicting schedules that would prohibit her from attending the Super Bowl LIX.
It was previously reported that Swift had skipped the Chiefs’ away games due to security concerns, but she’s made Arrowhead pretty much her home turf this season. “If she is going to a place that isn’t [the Chiefs’ own stadium] Arrowhead, there are security concerns,” a source close to the singer revealed earlier this year. “She has worked with Arrowhead so many times, they feel at ease and comfortable. Going to all kinds of different stadiums, you need to send a team in advance.”
The one away game Swift would make an exception for is likely the Super Bowl, given how momentous the occasion is, the heightened security, and the fact that she already did it last year despite having a show in Tokyo the night before the big game.
After jetting off from Japan, Swift notably enjoyed last year’s Super Bowl at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, from her very own private suite alongside her friends Blake Lively, Ice Spice, Miles Teller, and Keleigh Sperry, and it is very likely that she would do the same for this year’s spectacle, even if the guestlist might differ.
