The year 2025 may have been just another turn around the sun for many, but for the best dressed young stars like North West, Millie Bobby Brown, Sombr, and more, it meant another year of exploring their personal style.
Given they are also a year older, some opted for more mature aesthetics, while others leaned into the whimsical, playful styles of their youth. Some took leaps of faith, and stuck the landing. Others honed their signature styles. Some showed off their sense of flair. Others mastered the art of cool, casual dressing.
These stars’ looks made an impression, one way or another. Below, we’ve compiled a list of 2025's best dressed celebrities, all 21 years old or younger, in no specific order.
Blue Ivy Carter
Blue Ivy Carter may be only 13, but she's already showing how fashion can be a great way to tell your story to the world. From the incredible costumes she performed in during her mom Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour to her appearances on award shows, not to mention the up-and-coming accessory designer she championed at the Super Bowl, it's clear Blue Ivy has a knack for fashion. Daniela Avanzini (KATSEYE)
Sultry, animated, and fierce! Daniela's style is evident in everything she does. At just 21, her expressive rhythm and choreography in the girl group KATSEYE is undeniably complemented by her beauty and flair. Sombr
Of the breakout musicians who owned 2025 (especially the last few months of it), Sombr is very much near the top. The 20-year-old made a name for himself because of his viral songs, but it was also his style — reminiscent of rock stars from decades gone by — that fueled his rapid rise to fame. Between his signature wavy hair and ’70s-inspired onstage costuming, he has solidified himself as one of the style stars of his class. In the years since KATSEYE's debut, Lara Raj has developed a bold and unmistakable style identity that blends her Aouth Asian heritage with high-glamour star power. During the fitting day before Teen Vogue's May cover shoot with KATSEYE, Lara gravitated toward dramatic, skin-baring silhouettes, ultimately landing on a cutout Miu Miu swimsuit, voluminous skirt, and sky-high stilettos, while (of course) insisting on dripping in jewelry. As former child star Mckenna Grace takes on her first roles as an official adult, her style has transformed into a mix of playful and elegant. Yoonchae Jeung, the youngest member of KATSEYE, has distinguished her style by uniquely combining casual, cool dressing and cutesy, coquettish details. Leah Sava Jeffries
Never shying away from a bold look, Leah Sava Jeffries' signature style is full of color, unique silhouettes, and prints. In 2025 — and even just the past few months — the Percy Jackson actor and Teen Vogue cover star has churned out a number of memorable looks. If there's anyone who's leading the charge of men's Y2K style, it's CORTIS member Seonghyeon. The 16-year-old K-pop star may not have been born until the late '00s, but you would never know based on how effortlessly he encapsulates the casual punk look of the new millennium. Whether it's accessorizing with beanies or sporting vintage muscle tees, his looks come together seamlessly. —JS

The style of Martin, CORTIS's leader, is a lesson in how to bring the punk and grunge aesthetics of the '90s and early 2000s to the present day.
