Wait—'The Devil Wears Prada' Might Be Turning Into a Musical?

We love a good cult movie-turned-musical production—Legally Blonde the Musical and Bring It On the Musical come to mind—and it looks like we could have another one on our hands. One of the biggest Broadway producers in the business, Kevin McCollum, recently shared his desires to bring The Devil Wears Prada to the stage.

When a Broadway powerhouse like McCollum gets involved (he’s the man responsible for bringing Rent to The Great White Way), it’s definitely a good sign. And while it’s all just speculation at this point, we couldn’t be more excited by the thought of Miranda Priestly breaking out into song during a run-through.

Considering it’s one of the most quotable movies of our time (right up there with Mean Girls and Clueless), we’ve come up with a few ideas for musical numbers inspired by epic moments from the film. Use your imagination:
