I’ve already obsessed over the Britney Spears news from Twitter this week here so I won’t repeat myself--though, woo-hoo, we now know it’s because a new album is on the way! And another "top" tweet that couldn’t make our list came from Justin Bieber, who posted a phone number and encouraged his followers to call/text him . . . except the digits weren’t his. Perhaps unsurprisingly, that tweet was quickly deleted.
