We are captivated by a good feud, whether it’s in the sports world, the pop culture space or even the political arena. The latest drama between President Donald Trump and billionaire-turned-government proxy-turned-ex-DOGE-leader Elon Musk, though, is one that some may say they didn’t see coming, but let’s be honest, when one (if not both) have been clocked as a “pathetic man child,” temper tantrums and big blowouts are bound to happen.
Through back-and-forth social media posts, Trump and Elon have been going at each other since it was revealed that Musk is leaving his government position as head of DOGE, the group that Trump tasked Musk to oversee in order to cut government spending. Ironic, since that’s basically what these two are arguing about: Elon is bashing Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” that according to Elon, would add “$2 trillion to the deficit over the next 10 years.” Naturally, Trump has said Elon has simply “lost his mind.”
