The “Jump” singer walked across the carpet, dazzling us with her new blond curls and giving us some absolute hair inspiration.

She wore a yellow strapless mini dress from Area with some dangling fringe all the way to her ankles. The dress was also a bit see-through with her neon undergarments peeking through.
