At this point, basically everyone in the country knows that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's emails were subject to an investigation by the FBI, which concluded in July and found her not guilty of any crimes. In October, WikiLeaks released a data dump of Clinton emails not released to the public during the investigation. However, while some of those emails were making headlines, others were not, the Huffington Post reports.
Donald Trump has been calling Hillary a bad influence for his son. “I have a son named Barron,” he said, “and let me tell you, she is a terrible example for my son, and for the children in this country.”
While the children of this country are certainly learning a lesson on how to conduct their email correspondence, we can't quite agree with Trump's assessment of Clinton as a "terrible example." And if you take a look at these leaked emails, you'll see why.
Following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, Hillary emailed Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, and a third aide to ensure that two medical professionals were receiving the care they needed.
Subject: Fw: Help for dying patients
A follow-up:
After the 2010 earthquake, child trafficking in Haiti became an even more dire issue than it already was. Hilary sent:
Subject: Re: Haiti - child trafficking
And of course, there's the email YA author Jandy Nelson tweeted, about a child marriage victim in Yemen:

Okay, so these are just a few of the thousands of emails released by WikiLeaks in October. Obviously, not all of those thousands show Hillary advocating for people who need help. Throughout the entire email saga, Hillary's correspondence has shown her asking for help using her iPad and discussing a case where a bank robber wore a mask in her likeness. They show evidence of nepotism in the State Department, and the October leaks track calculated moves by her campaign staffers. It's impossible to speculate exactly what is in the most recent batch of emails discovered on Huma Abedin's and Anthony Weiner's shared laptop, but it's nice to know that Hillary has taken the time to help people in need, without the world watching her.
