The 2024 Paris Olympic Games are officially here and the world will spend the next two weeks with their televisions perpetually set to NBC, while bouncing back and forth on their phones between Youtube, TikTok, and Twitter to see what is going on at the world’s largest sporting event. The Olympics consistently sit as the one time, every four years, when patriotism soars and newfound sports-lovers emerge from the many niche parts of the internet they normally inhabit. It’s a zeitgeist unification event unlike any other. So, to make your scrolling all the easier, we’ve rounded up a few content creators who will be on the ground at this year's Olympic Games.

“Growing up, I used to spend a lot of my summers with my family [at] our grandparents' house, and one of the things we used to kind of do was just make food and watch gymnastics or tennis," Youtube creator Carter Kench tells Teen Vogue about watching the Games with his family. "I never thought that I'd be able to go and see it in person, let alone bring my audience with me and show them my perspective."

Youtube creators have often shaped our online world, and the Olympic Games are no different. Whether you’re more into the personal aspect of the games or looking to know what the inside of the Olympic village looks like, then be sure to follow one of these creators who will take you right up to the action. While the actual few minutes of competition are exciting, the behind-the-scenes moments shared before, during, and after a meet is what we’re craving the most while watching back at home. That’s where creators get to come in. They fill in the rest of the pieces for those who aren’t able to be there in France.

“One of my favorite things I enjoy doing is painting pictures, and just being able to show the full side of a story,” Kench says. “And so when it comes to the Olympics, I am already imagining, ‘okay, if I was watching it from the TV, what would I want to see that the camera isn't showing?’ This can range from the merch, the food, you know, most people when they're there, they don't think about it but my audience loves to be shown everything. They want to feel like you went on a mini road trip. And that's the vibe that I always try to bring to the function.”

Below we’ve rounded up all of the Youtube creators to know. Tune in as they make their way to Paris giving us all the exclusive BTS access to the parts of the Olympic Games you might not get while watching on your television screen.
