Zayn Malik is completely owning his solo career. Now with the release of his self-titled autobiography, he's letting fans in on exactly what he's been through (One Direction breakup included). Though we already got his explanation that aliens told him to go his own way, it appears he's diving deeper into why he and the rest of the band had such stark creative differences.
NME magazine has released the first excerpt for Zayn, and the singer's words may surprise you.
Zayn has also mentioned that his passion for R&B seemed to conflict with the band's pop genre. Now that he's flying solo, he's not holding back. The singer explained, "I’m going to show you as much as I can so that you can judge me on my own terms, not on what the press or anyone else says."
There's no doubt these few sentences have you hooked, but luckily, you can pre-order the book here now.
