Since May 2024, Tom Holland has been busy playing the titular inamorato in Romeo & Juliet on London's West End, and Zendaya has been dutifully supporting him from the audience — much like he did for her (from home) for Challengers.

Zendaya has been spotted in and out of The Duke of York's Theater, where the play shows, multiple times over the last three months, often photographed with Holland exiting the premises. But, of course, she had to prepare an extra special gesture for closing night.

Jamie Lloyd’s production of Romeo & Juliet had its final performance on August 3, 2024, and Zendaya was spotted arriving at the theater with a very special gift. As captured by attendees, the Dune star was seen arriving at The Duke of York ahead of the show with an available blonde blowout and donning a pair of her trademark So Kate stiletto heels in brown.

Zendaya paired the shoes with loose jeans, a white tank top, and a beige peplum jacket adorned with floral embroidery. However, what stole the show was not her 'fit (for once) but the item she was carrying in her hands: a massive bouquet of roses for Holland.

Zendaya was first spotted attending Romeo & Juliet on May 23, 2024, during a press night for the show. The star has since made various pit stops around the world to attend multiple high-profile events solo while Holland has been hunkered down in London — like the Oscars, the Met Gala, Wimbledon, and most recently, the Paris Olympics. However, she's always found her way back to the English capital, where the pair have been seen enjoying downtime together and even sharing a little kids out in public.

Holland starred as Romeo in Romeo & Juliet alongside British actor Francesca Amewudah-Rivers, who played Juliet. The duo has earned acclaim from fans and mixed reviews for their portrayal of the tragic lovers from Shakespeare's original oeuvre, which will next get another modern interpretation stateside with Kit Connor and Rachel Zegler taking on the roles for Broadway's Romeo + Juliet this fall. Romance isn't dead — both on and off the stage!
