Runway Report: Haute Lips at Dior Couture
Monsieur Galliano has a knack for requesting fabulous, eccentric makeup at the couture shows (check out this teal shadow/cat-eye combo), but it was the lips that really caught our attention. It turns out the color was vintage (of sorts): Rouge Dior ARA 999, first concocted by Galliano in 2003.
