Who's crossing the (eye)line?! Both Kendall Jenner and Miranda Cosgrove walked the red carpets recently, rocking their usual long, curly brunette locks and defined eyebrows. Of course, the drama in both looks was achieved with every girl's go-to beauty tool: eyeliner. Kendall Jenner was all smiles at our Young Hollywood party, with her eyeliner precisely applied all around the eye (plus extra mascara for major lashes).
