Josie Maran Debuts Argan Cleansing Oil
Because of my job, I'm a total skin-care schizophrenic. I never use the same product long-term, and even if I fall absolutely in love with something, it's only a matter of time before a new moisturizer, zit zapper, toner, or whatever comes along that I just have to try. However, there is one particular type of product that is an exception--I am religiously devoted to cleansing oils! I totally swear by them to keep my crazy-sensitive dry skin dewy. Lately I've been playing with Josie Maran's new Argan Cleansing Oil, and I've become a huge fan of its thicker consistency as well as the deeply cleansing, deeply moisturizing formula. And like all of Ms. Maran's goodies, this product is completely free of parabens, synthetic fragrances, dyes, petrochemicals, and all the other nasties that could irritate highly sensitive skin. Pick up this eco-friendly wonder exclusively at Sephora for $32.

Countdown to Prom: How to Get Clear Skin
"A lot of teens run to their dermatologists when they first start getting acne, and for 13- to 16-year-olds, prescription products like Retin-A or Accutane are probably too harsh. So before you resort to prescriptions, make sure you're cleaning your face right. Wash your face EVERY NIGHT no matter what! Tie your hair back when washing and really pay attention to your hairline and forehead, where hair products, dirt, and oil can really build up. After cleansing, look for moisturizers and toners containing natural ingredients like green tea or willow bark extract. Willow bark gets rid of the oil on your skin without leaving it totally dry. Products with tea tree oil are also great for oily skin, because it really cleans deep down." - Christine Chin, New York City Esthetician.

Countdown to Prom: Prom Hair Do's and Don'ts
Go to the salon for a hair trial appointment. Bring a picture of your dress if you have one, and be sure to keep your age in mind. You want the hairstyle to look young, chic, and sophisticated. When you're getting your hair styled (or styling it yourself), it should always look soft and natural--not lacquered to your head. A wet set is NOT the way to go for prom! Choose a hairstyle that's similar to how you usually wear your hair, but more polished. If you never wear your hair up, then prom night isn't the time to try it out. Stick to your personal style! If you never wear your hair up but you want to try something new, go for a half-up look. To keep your hair in place all night, do not touch it throughout the evening! If you do, the natural oils from your fingers will make the hair limp and take away the hold.

Get The Look: Mila Kunis at the Golden Globes
One of my absolute favorite looks from the Golden Globes belonged to Mila Kunis. That emerald-green Vera Wang gown was to die for, and she looked unfairly gorgeous, as usual. Even though she's obviously a genetic freak, given her ability to look so darn good all the time, she did need a little help from the pros to get red-carpet ready! Here's the lowdown on how to get the beauty look:
