Ziwe, Arca, Dominique Jackson & More Walk Mugler Fall 2023 Fashion Show in Paris — See Photos
It's not a Mugler show without a star-studded runway, and the Fall 2023 show in Paris was no exception. For the French fashion house's triumphant return to the runway at the end of couture week, lead designer Casey Cadwallader pulled out all the stops — not just with the clothes, but with the stars wearing them. The Mugler team hinted to WWD that their first show since Fall 2020 was going to be big and not a "classical return to the runway."
Throughout the pandemic, Cadwallader and his team worked with supermodels and stars like Bella Hadid, Hunter Schafer, and Megan Thee Stallion on immersive mini-films showing off new pieces. Now, Mugler is now back on the runway and bringing out friends of the house like Ziwe and Paloma Elsesser to show off the clothes.

The Internet's favorite talk show host hit the runway in a black denim micromini, black waist cincher embellished with lace, a black lace demi bra, and matching black lace gloves that wrapped around her body, styled with a super high ponytail and tall black boots to match.

Elsesser donned black denim shorts and a corset top paired with dramatic ruched, drapey details like a mini cape, plus black boots similar to those worn by Ziwe. Black lipstick and a sleek, slicked-back hairstyle kept the dark and mysterious vibes going.

Musician Arca was another celeb spotted on the Mugler runway, donning a mesh and lace illusion catsuit with revealing cutouts and matching lace shoe-boots. We have a feeling this look will be a must-have for pop stars and catsuit enthusiasts like Dua Lipa in the coming year.
