Florence Pugh just got a new piercing and things didn't go quite as planned.
The actor recently shared that she fainted while getting her septum pierced, posting a handful of pics of the piercing experience on Instagram and writing, "When you wanna be a cool grown-up and get a cool new piercing and you instantly fail, go green and then faint." (Ouch.) According to Florence, her friend Zoe Lister-Jones was at her side with a lollipop to make her feel better and she recovered quickly, showing off a fresh new nose piercing with a cute diamond-encrusted segment clicker ring. While the piercing experience wasn't exactly ideal, Florence's new jewelry looks extremely cool on her. The septum ring was visible when she walked the red carpet in Valentino for the Don't Look Up premiere, adding a subtle punk edge to her black crop top and shorts paired with a long zebra-print coat and orange platforms Florence called "stompers."
It's been a season of change for Florence, who was previously known for her warm golden blonde hair. The actor dyed her hair dark and recently chopped it off into a cute shaggy bob, then posted a pic with bright scarlet red hair — a vibrant shade that was gone as soon as it arrived. Hey, when you get the urge to change it up, you gotta go with your gut — or, in Florence's case, your nose.
