Hailey Bieber, did you just wander off the set of a '90s family sitcom? The model and Rhode founder's post-Oscars outfit sure looks like something one of our favorite throwback TV fathers would have worn, but the casual vibe is totally working for her regardless of the dad vibes.
Hailey and her husband Justin were spotted out and about after the super glamorous Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty in much more low-key looks than the Saint Laurent gown Hailey wore for the event. As noted by the Instagram account Hailey Bieber Closet, the model wore a pair of vintage Levi 501 jeans with a blue and red striped Loewe polo sweater — foundational garments for any dad-centric look — with a '90s-style oversized leather bomber jacket from Previously Known layered atop. Instead of New Balance sneakers, she slipped into a pair of pointed-toe black mules from Bottega Veneta and added a pair of skinny Saint Laurent shades and a Miu Miu bag. It's Danny Tanner chic, but make it fashion!
Justin, for his part, looked equally '90s in wide-leg Drew House jeans and a gray crewneck sweatshirt with a cutoff plaid print shirt layered over it, accessorized with a bright pink beanie; he looks more like the grunge-loving teenage son to Hailey's sitcom dad, which is honestly hilarious.
Hailey has never been shy about her love for dad-inspired style. In 2020, she revealed that she used to steal her dad Stephen Baldwin's clothes. “I always used to steal my dad’s clothes because I liked wearing everything oversized,” she said at the time. “Like his tees and trucker jackets, even his 501s. I’ve been wearing 501 cut-offs since I can remember… they make me feel like me.” We literally can't imagine a world where Hailey isn't wearing dad jeans!
